The Thistle ‘Grand’ hotel is not only Bristol’s oldest but also one of Bristol’s finest four star hotels. The ‘Grand’ as it was once and will be again soon known, was opened as a purpose built hotel in 1869, catering for all ladies, gentleman and royalty alike. A tradition still carried on today.
