Though only 12 minutes walk from the City Centre, St. Stephen's House is an oasis of calm with its own private gardens etc. All public rooms and most bedrooms have been recently re-decorated. Bedrooms are single or twin with wardrobe, desk, lamp, wash basin and towels. All rooms have a toilet/shower facility nearby. Service is offered on a room-only basis. Kitchens for self-catering use are available for a nominal charge (£3 per person per 24-hrs - including dishes & cutlery). At weekends guests can arrange for Continental breakfast (£4). Please note that at certain times of year these additional services may not be available and must be booked in advance of arrival. A comfortable Common Room with television is available. Parking in a secure car park is available for an additional daily charge (£5 per 24-hrs - much less expensive than public car parks).
