With Wimbleball Lake and Dulverton nearby, the George is
perfectly placed for outdoor activities such as sailing or canoeing on Wimbleball Lake, cycling, riding or sightseeing. Exmoor is a wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. For those wishing to get to know the local area on foot, by bicycle or by car, we can help you with directions or even lend you a map. In the entrance hall we provide a wide selection of brochures on attractions and things to do in the area to help you plan your days out.
