3 Star apartments conveniently located on the English Riviera coastal road at
Livermead between Torquay and Paignton.
Our location provides
easy access into town by road or a pleasant level walk along the seafront and promenade will get you to the harbour and central shopping area. A
regular bus service also runs from just outside the apartments. We are
only 100 metres from the beach. The Leisure Centre and Railway station only half mile away (1 kilometre).
Each of the well equipped apartments have; ensuite facilities with a choice of bath or shower, Integral kitchens with ample crockery / cutlery / utensils / microwave and full size cookers & refridgerators, colour television, ample radiators for gas fired central heating, one parking space per apartment in our large on-site car park.
All electricity included. Bed linen provided (except cots). Fully equipped laundry room plus outside drying area. Families and couples only. Cots (for under 2s) and highchairs free of charge. Small dogs over the age of 1 year accepted subject to terms and conditions and at a modest charge. Assistance dogs excepted. Non smoking. Award winning garden.One ground floor apartment (No. 16) is graded to Visit Britain National Accessibility Scheme Level M1.
Open all year with short breaks from end September to mid-May. In High Season Saturday to Saturday.
