Swanston Farm is set on the outskirts of Edinburgh on the side of the Pentland Hills. However, it is still readily accessible by public transport and easy to get to from the city bypass.
Within this group of former farm steading buildings there is a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom cottages to rent which are collectively known as Swanston Village. Weekly and monthly lets are available.
27 full-livery stables, grass livery and 2 indoor riding schools are on your doorstep as is the Pentland Regional Park.

Swanston Golf Club – 18 holes &
Lothianburn Golf Club - 18 hole golf course are adjacent to the property.
Facilities: The six holiday cottages are all grouped together in the smaller of the two courtyards at Swanston Steading. They were all created during the renovations of the farm steading during 2001 and 2002.
Lettings are typically Saturday to Saturday, but we can be more flexible if a shorter let is required, but usually only during the quieter times of the year eg: Autumn.
The prices include:All bedding, Towels, Gas and electricity & VAT, Satellite TV (12 channels including Music, 24 Hour News and Children´s channels),Unlimited broadband internet access (you will need to provide your own computer with network card)
Each cottage has:Heating/insulation, double-glazing throughout and gas central heating.Fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher and standard oven)
Living room, Bathroom with bath and shower.
Only Nos.4, 8 and 9 have a downstairs toilet.
Private garden, with separate garden access. A microwave and video recorder can be requested on your arrival if required
Dogs are welcome, but there is small extra charge, if you wish to take your dog into the house (doesn´t apply if he/she stays in your car).
