Princes Street is a 15 minute walk and the area is well served by public transport. Metered parking is available and free street parking is 10 mins walk.
Facilities: This spacious Georgian apartment is in a quiet position on the 3rd floor (top) of a refurbished Georgian tenement with intercom. The interior is very generously proportioned and the rooms have high ceilings and large windows which create a light and sunny aspect.
The apartment has been modernised yet it retains some interesting original features. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided. The flat has gas central heating.
Children are welcome (a double futon and a baby’s cot, high chair are available on request).
At the rear of the property there is a West facing double room (kingsize bed). This room gets the evening sun and has views over the back gardens and the Stockbridge rooftops to Corstorphine Hill. Adjacent to this room is the bathroom with electric instant shower over a ceramic bath.
A corridor leads to the entrance hall and another large square inner hall, off which the second bedroom, kitchen and drawingroom are located. The front bedroom faces South looking over to the Georgian townhouses in Circus Place. It has a double bed and a single bed.
The very spacious drawingroom is very sunny with 2 South facing astragalled windows. There are 3 comfy sofas in front of the open basket flame effect gas fire. The low coffee table is perfect for Sunday newspapers. There is a TV and plenty of room for the refectory style dining table which will seat 6. In the kitchen you can cook on a gas hob, electric oven, microwave. There is a tall fridge freezer and plenty of clear work surface area.
No pets and no smoking.
