Lower Yelland Farm provides both bed and breakfast and self-catering cottage accommodation. The farm is ideally located for the North Devon beaches, Exmoor and Dartmoor. It is a working farm which is farmed with wildlife and conservation in mind.
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Bed and BreakfastThe bed and breakfast is housed in a lovely old farmhouse modernised to the highest standards and contains four bedrooms. The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000. All rooms are en-suite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.

It includes two double rooms and one room containing bunk beds, all with washbasins. There is a bathroom on the first floor. There is access to a 1/4 acre private garden with barbecue facilities. Ample car parking is available in a private courtyard. Towels and linen are provided. The price includes electric and gas.
