Knowledene has eight self catering holiday flats. Four face south - catching plenty of sun. Four are cooler, situated at the rear of the property overlooking the garden.
Four flats are on the ground floor, including the owner's, who are available at all times.
Pets are very welcome with good walking areas nearby.
There is ample parking: space for two cars on the forecourt and four on the rear car park, plus parking anywhere on the road at the front.
The apartments are 100 yards from the sea and near the local shops (butcher, bread shop & cafe, green-grocer, mini-market, newsagent, launderette, hardware, hairdresser, pet shop, chemist, doctor's surgery.
Blackpool is one mile to the south, easily accessible via tram, bus, or car; or by an easy walk along the promenade.
