The Patricia is a multi-award winning licensed guest house with your comfort and relaxation a priority. Exclusive to adults, we do not have facilities for pets, babies, children, teenagers or single sex groups.
Open all year, and situated in the popular Belgravia area we are ideally situated for a stroll down to the sea front, the Princess theatre, or perhaps you might prefer a little amble to the shops or the harbour? We are also less than 400 metres from the Riviera Centre.
We have a comfortable bar/lounge which overlooks Belgrave Road.
You dine at individual tables in our well appointed dining room for breakfast - evening meals are an optional extra and are by prior arrangement.
All rooms are individually furnished to a high standard with all the facilities you would expect as well as a few little extras. FREE Broadband internet and email facilities to all rooms as well as FREEVIEW TV and radio. No need for a computer as this is streamed through your television.
All 10 bedrooms are en suite, 5 x standard (including one single), and 5 x superior rooms.
Some rooms have super-sized beds as well as a sumptuous four-poster! One of our beds is a huge 7' (yes seven foot square!).

Ironing facilities are provided in a separate room.
