Bryncoed is a Victorian house in the small Powys market town of Rhayader, deep in the heart of Mid-Wales, within easy reach of the rugged Cambrian Mountains and the beautiful Welsh coastline.
Rhayader is internationally renowned as the centre of Red Kite Country where these magnificent birds of prey can be seen in the skies above the town.
Facilities: Bryncoed Bed and Breakfast and Tea Rooms are set in secluded gardens, with panoramic hill views extending over the Elan Valley and surrounding countryside.
Bryncoed offers comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, single or double, most with en-suite facilities.
A stair-lift is installed for the convenience of disabled or elderly guests. Ample car parking is available to visitors. Overseas visitors are especially welcome at Bryncoed. French speaking guests will immediately feel at home with us. Joint-proprietor Ray Izzard, being a fluent French speaker himself, will be happy to converse with you in your own tongue.
