Exmoor guest house in Lorna Doone country on the outskirts of Lynton. Situated in a sunny, sheltered location, away from the road on the West Lyn valley. The thickly wooded hillside opposite is the boundary of the National Trust´s Watersmeet Estate.

Facilities: We have light, spacious en suite rooms, all with tv/radio and We are positioned on the Lynway, (which is a pedestrianised footpath), you are within a short stroll of Lynton village, where there are shops, pubs and places to eat. Why not sit in our large landscaped garden, relax and enjoy the spectacular views or perhaps do a spot of bird watching.
