Welcome to
Langstone Cliff Hotel. One of the largest family owned and run Devon hotels. The hotel welcomed its first guests in the Spring of 1947. Prior to that it was what the Victorians knew as a Gentleman's Residence.
Ideally located just minutes away from the county town of Exeter and the resorts of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Set in 19 acres of child friendly woodland on the coast at Dawlish with expansive lawns and gardens and magnificent sea views overlooking the golden sandy beaches and internationally famous nature reserve at Dawlish Warren. Plenty to see and do locally, great family location.
The expansive lawns are sunlit from morning till night, a sunbathers paradise, but the large Victorian Verandah offers shade when required and is also a favourite spot for after dinner coffee - our mild West country climate often enables guests to enjoy the sea view across to the twinkling lights of East Devon long after the sun has gone down. The Langstone Cliff Hotel is especially fortunate in having so many large public rooms
overlooking the sea. Three exceptionally comfortable lounges means you can invariably find a quiet corner for a chat or even a snooze. During the Holiday season and at other times a full programme of entertainment is provided.
