Bryn Elltyd, a detached house in an acre of grounds, surrounded by wild and beautiful mountain scenery, is in the centre of the Snowdonia National Park, one mile from the old slate quarrying town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Just off the A470 and accessible by rail, the house is ideally situated to explore Snowdonia.
Bob Cole, a qualified Mountain Leader and member of the British Association of European Mountain Leaders, can offer you the opportunity to discover Snowdonia off the beaten track. He is available for individually tailored trips in Britain and abroad, summer and winter.
Facilities: Enjoy our healthy home cooking (local organic produce when available) in a relaxed atmosphere, log fires in winter, conservatory at the front and balcony at the back from which to enjoy the spectacular views. In our tranquil surroundings relax at the end of the day in our sauna.
