Fishermans Cottage is located 1.5km (i mile) from Garvagh and 400km from the Agivey river, a spate river with good runs of salmon and grilse from June to September. The river Bann, 10km (6miles) away, has excellent salmon and trout fishing and coarse.The tidal section also has sea trout fishing. Situated on an old farm in a quiet rural area, the cottage, built in 1719 and refurbished in traditional style, to a charming, 3 star standard, was the original farm dwelling.
