Chapter House is a large Victorian property in a residential cul-de-sac only a short stroll from the beach and Town centre. The accommodation is a maisonette adjoining the main Victorian house approached from the rear of the property. There are 2 bedrooms which can be let individually or for a group.

Location
Ideally located in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton, between Exeter and Sidmouth, Chapter House is only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal path.
The town features a number of great places to eat and places to drink. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely, clean pebble beach, perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated clothes optional and dog-friendly.

Accommodation
Chapter House offers spacious accommodation in a peaceful leafy road Budleigh Salterton. The maisonette features 2 bedrooms; when booking the Family Room, the Double and Twin Rooms will be available for private use. There is a large living area with skylight, a seperate kitchenette with basic utensils for guests' use, and a seperate bathroom with a bath and shower over.

There is car parking available for one car only, and unrestricted offroad parking.
