Brendon House is a licensed country Guesthouse, restaurant and tea garden nestling in the tranquil Brendon Valley at the very heart of Exmoor.
There is a comfortable residents lounge with log fire in the winter, award winning restaurant and all bedrooms are en-suite and appointed to a high standard, providing tea & coffee making facilities, satellite TV, hairdryer and vanity basket. The house itself sits in around an acre of mature gardens in a very sunny and tranquil location on the outskirts of Brendon village.
We are only a couple of mile from the rugged North Devon coast and the coastal fishing village of Lynmouth. There are truly wonderful walks through wood areas by the river, Mooreland, traditional Exmoor farmland and the dramatic coastal path to be enjoyed.
Owners and restaurateurs Ian & Sandra Rigby take great pride in serving delicious, wholesome country style dishes, prepared from local meats, seafood and game that abounds in the unique Exmoor countryside and rugged seascape.
Seasonal vegetables are sourced locally and supplemented with fresh organically grown produce from the kitchen garden.
