Verena and Paul Brandon own and run Chestnut House;a five diamond village hotel situated in the old part of Woolavington;five miles from Bridgwater yet in the countryside on theedge of the Somerset Levels.We lived abroad for much of our adult life having gaineda wealth of hotel and catering management experiencein the UK; Africa and Central Europe.We have brought back to the UK many ideas to enhanceour hotel and the service that we provide.
