We are located one block from the sea; in the heart of Kemptown and are convenient for restaurants; nightlife; the pier; conference centre and theatres. We offer and tea and coffee making facilities some rooms have a mini drinks fridge with cold water dispenser. We offer television with Freeview you also have access to FREE wireless broadband. A lovely hot breakfast is included. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements.Contemporary; recently refurbished to mix the comfort of today in a building from the past and with 50 years experience in customer service; we look forward to offering you the very best experience.If we show 'No Vacancies' for your requested date - there may be a minimum of 2 or 3 nights stay in high season; but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
