The Bay Lodge is a family run guest house, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, offering accommodation in one of Britain's top resorts, at realistic prices, for holiday makers and business travellers. Situated in an ideal position in a conservation area on the seafront at Eastbourne, about halfway between the pier and the Sovereign Centre Pool complex near Princes Park.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including the balconies. There are eleven rooms:- five doubles, four twins, one family and one single. Some of the larger rooms can be used to accommodate families as well. All the rooms have en suite or private facilities. Each room has a colour television, hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer. Rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views and two also have balconies where guests can sit out in good weather. There are two ground floor bedrooms that are suitable for guests with less mobility. There are five steps up to the front entrance, the dining room, bar and sun lounges are all on the same level.
