Barrington House is an
Edwardian townhouse, built around 1906. The house still displays many of the original features of that period both inside and out. It has been a guest house for over 25 years and during this time it has established a good repeat clientele due to our quality of service and value for money.

just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, midway between the railway station and York Race Course. Many restaurants, bars, shops, and all the facilities of the city centre are close to the guesthouse, which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road.
