Amber House is a family-run, entirely non-smoking, licensed hotel focused on customer comfort and care. We are in a quiet location near Goodrington Sands and guests benefit from a large free car park and proximity to good local transport links for those who stay without a car. The beach, the harbour, The Dartmouth Steam Railway, The South West Coast Path and Quay West Water Park are a few minutes pleasant stroll away and Dartmoor is 35mins by car. Walk to Paignton town and Paignton Beach within ten minutes to enjoy shopping, cinema and facilities for families.
Bedrooms include ground floor rooms and two with shower baths. Some rooms are brand new for 2007 and all have DVD players and either Freeview or Satellite TV. Some have wi-fi internet access and there is also a computer room. Six rooms have garden/sea views. You can book a romantic break or the whole ground floor wing for extended family groups or those with teenagers who require own rooms.
We offer quality food and are experienced in catering for coeliacs. We offer evening meals from £12 for two courses, packed lunches and fill flasks for walkers.
