Facilities: The cottage, which is traditionally decorated, was originally part of the last working Lakeland bobbin mill, and was sympathetically refurbished several years ago. It has an open log fire, exposed beams, original period features and a four poster bed.
Sitting / Dining Room: with exposed beams, log fire, colour tv, video and CD player. Kitchen: fully fitted, with electric cooker microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier.
With four poster bed, exposed beams and views of the River Crake & village green.
Bathroom: with bath & w.c.
To the front, enclosed cottage garden with seating. To the rear, a paved garden. BBQ equipment is provided – please use with care.
Private off-road car parking space.
Solid Fuel Central heating and initial bag of logs and coal for the fire.
Additional electric heating & all other electricity. Bed linen. Cots, High Chairs and towels are available to hire.
