Facilities: Six extremely well-appointed luxurious no smoking guest bedrooms - some with four poster king beds - are all decorated with imaginative flair
Bedrooms have been individually designed with a very different colour scheme chosen in each room. In-house design over fifteen years of trading has resulted in the most recent award of Conde Nast Johansens 2006: Most Excellent Country House Award. We have also previously won The Which? Guide to Good Hotels 2004: Individual Flair Award and The Which? Guide to Good Hotels 1998: Imaginative Bedroom Award.
Soft, calming and restful honey and buttermilk colours complimented by oak and leather furnishings lead the way to the contrasting lively, uplifting and vibrant shades of yellow and apple green. For the more adventurous and seductive individuals perhaps admiral red will evoke the romance of hearts and roses.
Crisp linens dress sumptuous superking or twin bed accommodation. All bedrooms are furnished with tea and coffee making facilites, direct dial telephones and colour televisions. Bathrobes, hairdryers and Molton Brown toiletries provide thoughtful touches in the delightful private bathrooms. All ensuite bathrooms have both bath and shower.
A slightly larger privately accessed room that adjoins the main house provides ideal accommodation for a small family wishing to share with one child over seven years of age.
One ground floor room, also adjoins the main house perfectly suited for those who seek accommodation without stairs.
Four guest bedrooms afford spectacular views of the lawn and beautiful mature gardens, that blossom with rhodedendrum, azalea and magnolia throughout Spring and Summer. Equally enjoyed throughout Autumn and Winter with vistas of the glistening snow-capped peaks of Snowdonia and the surrounding Conwy Valley.
