Sitting / Dining Room: with exposed beams, log fire, colour tv, video and CD player. Kitchen: fully fitted, with electric cooker microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier.

With four poster bed, exposed beams and views of the River Crake & village green.

Bathroom: with bath & w.c.



To the front, enclosed cottage garden with seating. To the rear, a paved garden. BBQ equipment is provided – please use with care.

Private off-road car parking space.

Solid Fuel Central heating and initial bag of logs and coal for the fire.

Additional electric heating & all other electricity. Bed linen. Cots, High Chairs and towels are available to hire.

Bed linen(duvets), tea towels and oven gloves are included; towels may be hired on request. There is ample parking, some cottages have an enclosed garden, some have a balcony or private patio, but all have use of the well kept grounds, with a badminton net, croquet, and tennis court. There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 200 yards from the cottages.
