Facilities: The individually furnished, non-smoking bedrooms are all spacious and bright and include a ground floor room for their less active guests. The double and twin rooms are all en-suite and central heating, colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, together with many thoughtful extras, are standard throughout.
The elegant sitting room with its open log fire is an ideal place to relax at the end of the day, tea or coffee is always available on request, alternatively if something a little stronger is required, your host Tony, will be pleased to serve you a drink from the bar. On fine evenings you might like to take your drinks out on to the front lawn or even enjoy a stroll around the garden with its many unusual plants and trees.

This is a non-smoking, welcoming family residence with a large garden and private parking. We are near Aberystwyth, Machynlleth and the sandy beaches of Borth in a popular fishing, walking, cycling and bird watching area with many other tourist attractions in the near vicinity.
Facilities: The back of the house has an attractive garden with children´s play area, lawn and patio.
