Zoom gets top marks in consumer survey

Which? Magazine, a U.K. based consumer report has released their 2008 survey on customer satisfaction. Results are based on the response of 30 000 Which? members who rated 71 different airlines.
Each carrier was rated on a variety of criteria including Cabin Staff, Pre-flight, Cleanliness, Comfort, Dealing with Delays, Entertainment, Food and Value for Money.
In the long haul category Zoom Airlines ranked 11 overall, and was among good company ranking just ahead of Virgin Atlantic and Thai Airways with a satisfaction index of 68, the best of the low fares airlines listed.
