3 September 2009
Wizz Air is to launch two new routes from the Czech capital. Flights from Prague to Liverpool John Lennon airport will be launched on 11 July and operated 3 times a week, while as flights to Oslo Torp will start on 12 July and operated 4 times a week. The new services will complement the already announced routes operated from the Ruzyne Airport to 11 in total.
As it was announced just three weeks ago, the company would establish its 11th base in Prague with initially 2 brand new Airbus A320 aircraft in summer 2009. Currently Wizz Air flies from Prague to London Luton, Rome Fiumicino, Milan Bergamo and Brussels Charleroi. The carrier will launch new flights as well as increase frequencies on some of the existing routes concurrently with the arrival of its first and second aircraft.
One way all inclusive fares start from as low as GBP 12.99. Flights can be booked at wizzair.com or via the call centre.
