The Heart of England Excellence in Tourism Awards, in association with the EnjoyEngland Awards for Excellence 2010, are a celebration of the very best in tourism in the West Midlands and showcase the diverse and fantastic range of attractions, accommodations and tourism venues that the region has to offer. The Awards recognise and reward the best in regional tourism, an industry that contributes £6 billion a year to the West Midlands economy. All category winners will go forward to the shortlisting stage of the National EnjoyEngland Excellence in Tourism Awards 2010, the highest accolade in English tourism.
Greg Fehler, General Manager at The Menzies Welcombe Hotel Spa & Golf Club, stated “We’re delighted to be nominated as a finalist in these prestigious industry awards. Being nominated is testament to the exemplary high standards and commitment to excellence we maintain and which would not be possible without the dedication and professionalism of our staff.
