The Grange Restaurant at The Hilton - Here the delicious Asian influenced menu has been created by renowned head chef Cheong Liew, the father of fusion cuisine. By mixing French technique with Asian flair, Cheong has defined his own innovative ‘East meets West’ style.

The Manse is one of Adelaide’s finest and oldest established restaurants and is set in a beautiful 1882 Victorian mansion. With open fireplaces, high ceilings and five dining rooms, the menu consists of dishes that are French with a distinct Asian touch. The wine list features selected cellar aged vintages along with hard to find boutique wines.

Magill Estate Restaurant overlooks the city, just eight kilometres from the city centre. Nestled in foothills and surrounded by 5.2 hectares of vineyards, this is the spiritual home of the legendary Penfolds Grange.

Assaggio Ristorante - The food is based on Chef Camillo Crugnale’s Italian family recipes, whilst sommelier Orlando Bagnale’s wine list includes both mainstream and boutique producers with some inspired imported labels.

Appellation - This award-winning restaurant offers not only a daily changing menu but also a signature 10-course "Wine Flight Tasting Menu" paired to a monthly changing selection of seven distinctive Barossa wines.
