Renowned chef creates new menu for airBaltic

Mārtiņš Rītiņš, a renowned chef in Latvia, has created a new menu for the business class passengers of the Latvian airline airBaltic, based on organic products provided by local farmers.

Mārtiņš Rītiņš offers for the business class passengers of airBaltic the highest quality products grown by Latvian farmers. These dishes are prepared by the company LSG Sky Chefs Airo Catering Services Latvija, which makes meals for airBaltic, according to the recipes and methods of Mārtiņš Rītiņš and under his strict supervision.
