Little Grey Cottage is set in a secluded position on the fringe of the tiny hamlet of Trethurgy, 2.5 miles from the south coast of Cornwall. This early 1800s tinners cottage has been tastefully renovated and extended to provide comfortable accommodation with cottage charm. 
Gwyndra is a spacious; family home built in the early 1930’s; formally used as a Residential Rest Home; in the heart of St Austell. Set in a large secluded garden; only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and so is most convenient for visitors using public transport. St Austell is the main market town for the Cornish Riviera and there is easy access to the Eden Project; Charlestown; Fowey; Mevagissey and the many local attractions such as Heligan Gardens. There is a regular bus service direct to Heligan and the Eden Project available from the rail station.The accommodation at Gwyndra is very spacious and all rooms are well equipped.Gwyndra has ample car parking on site and is on the Cornish Way - part of the national Cycle Network.

The house itself is believed to date back to the early 13th century; and the front door has even more history; believed to date from the 12th century; having been removed from Tywardreath Abbey when the monks were recalled to France. Set in approximately four and a half acres the house is on the edge of a working livestock and arable farm. We are ideally located for visitors to the Eden Project a 10 minutes drive; Lost Gardens of Heligan is 20 minutes drive. The National Trust property of Lanhydrock House and Gardens is also within a short drive away.
