Set in a large secluded garden; only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and so is most convenient for visitors using public transport. St Austell is the main market town for the Cornish Riviera and there is easy access to the Eden Project; Charlestown; Fowey; Mevagissey and the many local attractions such as Heligan Gardens. Great Pelean Farm is a grade 11 listed farm house situated very close to the breath taking south coast of Cornwall. The house itself is believed to date back to the early 13th century; and the front door has even more history; believed to date from the 12th century; having been removed from Tywardreath Abbey when the monks were recalled to France. Set in approximately four and a half acres the house is on the edge of a working livestock and arable farm. We are ideally located for visitors to the Eden Project a 10 minutes drive; Lost Gardens of Heligan is 20 minutes drive. The National Trust property of Lanhydrock House and Gardens is also within a short drive away. All Room tariffs are inclusive of Full English breakfast and cream tea.Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably; we cannot accept pets. Children welcome.
