Wrangham House is an 18th Century Georgian country house hotel located n the pretty village of Hunmanby in North Yorkshire. Wrangham House offers comfortable; traditional accommodation and hospitality. It is a family run country house hotel with twelve individually styled ensuite rooms.The village of Hunmanby; is close to Filey on the east coast of Yorkshire. It is just 8 miles away from the seaside town of Scarborough. It makes an excellent base if you were exploring the North Yorkshire moors. Other activities on the doorstep include golf; bird watching; walking the Wolds Way; or visiting one of the many picturesque villages; stately homes and gardens in the area.Wrangham house is an 18th Century Georgian country house hotel and was formerly the vicarage; with the local church next door. It is a Grade 11 listed building and maintains much of its original charm and character. There is a very comfortable lounge; a cosy sitting room with a well stocked bar; both with log fires in the winter. It stands in 2.5 acres of beautiful secluded wooded gardens and the hotel has a private; secure car park at the rear.Wi-Fi- Internet access available.Please Note: Check In is between 15:00 & 21:00. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, midway between the railway station and York Race Course, the Barrington is an Edwardian Town House built around 1906. The house both inside and out still displays many of the original features of that period.
Dalesbridge House is available for let either on a sole use, self-catering basis or as individual B&B rooms. With accommodation for up to 15 people, there is plenty of room for groups wishing to stay together.
We are proud of our reputation for good hospitality in a warm and friendly atmosphere, as well as fantastic food from our extensive menu. We have 17 bedrooms, 16 of which are en-suite. Some rooms are twin bedded and some with four poster beds. We also have a number of family rooms which can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. We have a number of ground floor bedrooms, one of which is specially adapted for the disabled. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryers and computer ports.
