The Mill House offers high quality Guest accommodation including breakfast, in an attractive Edwardian home which is set in beautiful scenery just 1 mile north of the picturesque medieval town of Rye. 
Edwardian semi-detached home which has been refurbished to a high standard. Sits in quiet surroundings within easy walking distance of town. Each room offers its own identity and appeal; named after a local town. Establishment is non-smoking; but thoughtful for those who wish to smoke outside. This friendly family-run guest house is equipped with modern facilities and anything which is not already supplied in the rooms is normally available upon request. Guests have use of the garden conservatory to relax in with their afternoon cup of tea. Trouser press and hairdryer available.
Woodlands is a modernised farmhouse set in three acres. It lies on the A268 from London and Hawkhurst to Rye. The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking and Woodlands provides an ideal base for touring the 1066 country and the Weald of Kent. The historical town of Rye; with the splendid Camber Sands; and the attractive town of Tenterden are within 15 minutes drive. The Channel Tunnel and ferry ports are within one hour's drive.Disabled access. Ample car parking. Children and dogs welcome. TV and hospitality tray provided. Guests may come and go as they please during the day. There are many dining options within easy reach - light evening meals can be provided for those with mobility difficulties.
