The Troutbeck Inn gives you a relaxed base from which you can easily access all of the Lake District and Cumbria. Believed to be Victorian in construction with high ceilings and large bedrooms the Inn has a warm and spacious feel. Originally a weary traveller’s railway hotel and a watering hole for thirsty farmers after the auction next door. The Inn now provides a warm and comfortable base for walkers; cyclist and explorers of the Lakes and Cumbria. Refuel on our excellent food; enjoy a glass of fine wine or real ale and quietly plan tomorrow's activities in our family run bar and restaurant. The Troutbeck Inn is ideally situated with wonderful panoramic views of Blencathra and is also within easy reach of Helvellyn; Ullswater and Derwentwater. Activity Centre just one mile towards Ullswater. Keswick lies 9 miles to the West and Penrith 9 miles to the East. Ullswater is 5 miles due South and has the villages of Pooley Bridge and Glenridding on its shores. The lake steamers run a ferry service on the lake giving you easy access to many other beautiful parts of the lake; or simply take a fantastic Ullswater panoramic trip. In addition to our bed and breakfast rooms we have three beautiful luxury cottages; these are converted from former stables and are in the courtyard to the rear of the Inn. Each cottage is extremely spacious with a lounge and kitchen separate from the bedrooms. The living rooms have a TV and DVD. As our cottages are just across the courtyard from the Inn; why not have a night off from cooking; come and relax and lets us serve you with one of our mouth watering dishes from our delicious menu. Indulge in drinking fine wine and real ales or just warm your toes by the open fire with a nice mug of hot chocolate laced with brandy of course. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Seymour House is set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park, in Keswick - a beautiful market town in the Heart of the English Lakes. It is situated half way between Keswick centre and Derwentwater, Queen of the Lakes, both offer many attractions. It is also the closest Guest House to Theatre by the Lake.

Eeabank Lodge Licensed Guest House is located in the picturesque village of Cark in Cartmel in the South Lakes Peninsula. The Lodge was built in 1760 and is a former Coach House. It is the ideal relaxed and friendly place to stay.Our comfortable guest house is only 150 metres from Windermere's centre and 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Lake Windermere is just a short walk down the hill to Bowness. Public transport to the lake area also runs regularly from the end of our road.Autumn Leaves offers a range comfortable rooms to accommodate the single traveller; couples; families and small groups. All rooms are well equipped. The dining room at Autumn Leaves has a large bay window making it bright and cheery; and features an inviting fireplace for those extra chilly winter mornings. Set yourself up for the day with a delicious home cooked breakfast. Our bacon and sausage are supplied by the award winning Huddlestons Butchers. We do our best to purchase from local suppliers to give you a taste of Cumbria. It is in our interest to accommodate any special dietary requirements. After breakfast there is a small treat for well behaved children.There is parking free in the street or plenty of public parking nearby. Well behaved and house trained dogs allowed. Dogs are a supplement of £5/night and will be payable on arrival.
