TERMS & CONDITIONS
• VAT at the current rate is included in the tariff.
• Craigatin House is a non smoking Guest House
• Children over 8 years of age are welcome. The main house is not suitable for children.
• Pets are not allowed in any rooms or public areas
• Check-in from 3pm : Check out to be no later than 10:30am
• Cancellations seven days before arrival – if we cannot re-let the room the first night’s room rate will be charged.
• Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged the entire length of stay
• Non – arrivals will be charged for the entire length of stay.
• We suggest all guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations.
