� VAT at the current rate is included in the tariff.
� Craigatin House is a non smoking Guest House
� Children over 8 years of age are welcome. The main house is not suitable for children.
� Pets are not allowed in any rooms or public areas
� Check-in from 3pm : Check out to be no later than 10:30am
� Cancellations seven days before arrival � if we cannot re-let the room the first night�s room rate will be charged.
� Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged the entire length of stay
� Non � arrivals will be charged for the entire length of stay.
� We suggest all guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations.
