Facilities: There are 22 bedrooms at the Hanmer Hotel, most of which are located outside the main building allowing guests the freedom and privacy to come and go as they please.

Four of the rooms are three-storey apartment suites, comprising a sitting room at ground floor level, bathroom facilities on the second floor and bedrooms at the top. Some of the apartments, and family rooms, overlook the quaint cobbled courtyard. There is also a ground floor apartment for elderly or disabled guests.
