Facilities: All the comfortable bedrooms are en-suite and centrally heated, and each is individually designed, remote control colour T.V., beverage making facilities, hairdryer, bath robes and lots of little extras. Outside there is loads of parking room.

This is a non-smoking, welcoming family residence with a large garden and private parking. We are near Aberystwyth, Machynlleth and the sandy beaches of Borth in a popular fishing, walking, cycling and bird watching area with many other tourist attractions in the near vicinity.
Facilities: The back of the house has an attractive garden with children´s play area, lawn and patio.
There are three bedrooms all with hot and cold washing facilities, television, clock/radio, tea and coffee making facilities, central heating and many small items to enhance your stay.
