Facilities:

The farmhouse is situated on a working farm, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. They offer plenty of space and freedom to walk by the scenic River Tees. The house is Georgian, and has well-proportioned rooms, comfortably furnished.

Facilities: A large sitting room for the visitors has a log fire, piano and colour TV. The two bedrooms, which have facilities for making hot drinks, are both en-suite. The bathrooms have both bath and shower.

Facilities: All our rooms have colour TV, tea trays, full central heating, electric blankets in Winter, and plenty of hot water. Our guests have the use of a lounge with an open fire and beamed ceiling, where they can relax with a book or with the TV and video. Pre-dinner drinks are also served here.
